Returns & Exchanges

At DTF Order, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DTF Order account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn, unwashed garments in their original packaging with all designer tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
